Kyle Richards‘ daughter Sofia Umansky She is undergoing breast lift surgery after recent weight loss.
Umansky, 26, and Richards, 57, shared a video on Instagram on Wednesday, April 29, documenting their arrival at the surgery center. Richards explained that her daughter was undergoing surgery, which was performed by the same surgeon who performed her breast reduction in 2022.
“I love him and respect him and I wouldn’t trust anyone to operate on my child,” she told the camera. “I don’t like implants. I’ve never had implants. I still don’t, and I’m glad Sophia didn’t have implants.”
The video then shows Umansky changing into surgical scrubs, a shower cap and a gown while waiting for a doctor. She then took a pregnancy test, which Richards noted was standard procedure.
“I told her we could either leave with new boobs or have a baby. So it was a win-win situation,” Richards joked. (Umansky tested negative.)

Umansky also saved “before” photos taken before heading to surgery.
Umansky previously shared her plans to have breast augmentation surgery at a hospital. TikTok video Tuesday, April 28th.
“I’m having my boob surgery done,” she said, adding that she was “very excited” about the procedure.
“I was just along for the ride. I didn’t get any implants or anything,” the TV personality clarified.
Umansky explained that she had been taking GLP-1 Mounjaro injections for the past year and had “lost a lot of weight very quickly.”
“Then the weight came back on me. And then now I feel like I’m finally starting to balance out, like a perfect medium,” she continued. “Because of my weight fluctuations, my girls don’t sit where I want them to sit. They’re like hanging low, and I want them to be sitting up top.”

Umansky added that she wasn’t sure “how high” her breasts could go without implants, but her surgeon offered to remove fat from her hips and add it to her breasts to add volume.
“I felt like I needed something,” she said. “I know getting this done will make me feel more confident in my body, which is always the goal. Obviously, if I end up doing the butt fat removal, I’ve heard that’s the most painful part, so I’m a little nervous about that part, but other than that, it should be a pretty easy recovery. Regardless, I’m really excited and I’ll let you guys know how it goes.”
In addition to having breast augmentation surgery, Umansky said she also had her lips blushed, a semi-permanent cosmetic tattoo that enhances shape, color and definition.
“I heard they were, like, scabbing and peeling, so I would, like, bandage up my lips, which were, like, scabbing and peeling,” she concluded. “So, like, next week I’m going to be super cute, but I’m still going to update you guys with lips and boobs and everything. Wish me luck.”
