“That sounds like a reasonable answer, however, I would do the opposite,” she replied. “I will continue to share on social media to show how ugly real therapy can be. Making and editing videos is my way of processing it, like someone who enjoys journaling.”
Paul continued, “This is my way and I choose to share it. Say this with love, most people need to get off, (that is) understandable. I’m not most people.”
The reality star added that she shared the interaction as a “friendly reminder” to fans about how she deals with her personal highs and lows.
Paul has been through his fair share of ups and downs over the past few months. Earlier this year, news broke that The Mormon Wife was shutting down production on its fifth season due to an alleged domestic violence incident between Paul and her ex-husband Dakota Mortensen February. Paul will receive at least six hours of supervised visits per week until a protective hearing later this month. The judge will re-evaluate Paul’s parenting time limits at the hearing.
