Trump says ‘Freedom Project’ will be suspended ‘for a short period of time’

Project Freedom is intended to help restore oil supplies to the region and ultimately normalize the global economy by guiding stranded ships out of the Gulf through largely closed waterways. But it will be difficult for Trump to claim that this goal has been achieved if global shipping companies and the insurance companies they work with are hampered by Iranian interference during the “pause” period.
