The Garner family traces its roots to a tree said to have been planted in Apam in the 13th century

According to oral history passed down from generation to generation, Santseo was planted in the 13th century by Komfo Nana Asumbia, to whom we can trace our lineage. However, as far as I know, no testing has been done to check the actual age of this tree.
