Palestinians hand over suspect in 1982 Paris kosher restaurant attacks

The Rue des Rosiers attack has been blamed on a Palestinian separatist group founded by Abu Nidal, a notorious militant who was shot dead in Iraq in 2002. Nidal’s group broke away from the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) and has been blamed for a series of deadly attacks that killed 900 people, mostly in the 1980s, including assassinations, hijackings and shootings at airports and a Greek cruise ship.
