Musk v. Altman is just getting started

Elon Musk had a better three days on the witness stand this week in its lawsuit against OpenAI, and it’s already collapsing. Emails, documents, and his tweets it appears in court, and there are many witnesses coming forward. Musk’s argument against OpenAI? By turning the company into a for-profit, Sam Altman gave the “non-profit to help people” mission that Musk signed up for. As Musk reminds the court: “You can’t steal charity.”
