CBS previously announced its schedule on April 15, and viewers noticed some major changes. “Ghost,” “Matlock” and “NCIS: Sydney” were significantly impacted as their premieres were pushed back to mid-season in 2027. They will join the new series “Einstein,” which will eventually premiere in 2027.
Matlock’s time slot will be given to Elsbeth so that Cupertino can premiere that night. Meanwhile, “NCIS: Sydney” will enter mid-season as “NCIS: Origins” has a shorter episode order and will be paired with “NCIS: New York.”
