The actress recalls her initial reaction to the ending script.
“After reading that big cliffhanger, I should be asking myself if Belle is still alive! But the truth is, I’m used to Belle being in dangerous situations almost every episode,” she noted. “Even though Bella and Carl were both there, I felt in that moment, because Carl was in front, he was the one in more danger. Based on where we ended the episode, I was behind him. So when I read it, my mind went, ‘What’s going to happen to Carl?'”
