“I haven’t done Ozempic. I’ve tried,” Jenner, 70, said on the Tuesday, May 5, show. “SheMD” Podcast. “We tried it once and no one knew what it was and it made me feel really sick.”
Jenner said she felt “nauseous” during the brief time she took the medication before considering “different options” for her health.
“I love peptides. I love supplements. I take care of myself,” Jenner said when asked why she looks so good at her age. “I get my blood drawn every three months just to keep my hormones balanced because I realized after turning 45 that this is important for women’s health.”

Regular blood tests became a “game changer” for Jenner.
“When you check your thyroid, you’re seeing your hormonal health and you’re also seeing what your body needs,” Jenner adds. “Then I started actually doing peptides.”

The reality star continued: “It definitely gives me a few extra hours a day. I feel like I have more energy.”

“I had plastic surgery about 15 years ago, so it was time for a new look,” Jenner explained. “I decided to have plastic surgery because I wanted to be the best version of myself, and that makes me happy.”
She added, “Just because you’re getting older, doesn’t mean you should give up on yourself. If you feel comfortable in your own skin and you want to age gracefully — meaning you don’t want to do anything — then do nothing. But to me, that’s all about aging gracefully. That’s my version of that.”
