Kenyan accused of luring young people to fight for Russia in Ukraine

Police said victims rescued from the Assi River complex in September last year revealed they had signed contracts with an unnamed overseas employment agency, promising to pay up to $18,000 (£13,000) for visas, travel, accommodation and other logistical costs.
