Caitlin Bristow Cleared up rumors of rift with him Jesse Draper.
After speculation about a conflict between the former spinster40 and The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives The 33-year-old star started making the rounds online, and Caitlyn started Instagram on Tuesday, April 21, to clarify matters with fans.
Caitlyn explains at the beginning of the video that a previous post showing her indulging in cake and enjoying time with her family caught the attention of online trolls who said, “Happy people don’t have to tell us they’re happy,” and I was like, “Oh, it’s not that deep.”
The original post also caught Jess’s attention, with her commenting: “Again, girl,” before the post mysteriously disappeared.
“So, I reposted it and wrote underneath, ‘I already posted this and somehow it got deleted. So if that person who always has something passive-aggressive to say wants to repeat this comment. Please do so.’ I was talking to a troll,” Kaitlyn explained. “I just tagged her (Jess) because I wanted her to know that I saw her comment, and then somehow it turned into me being upset with her. It’s crazy how people treat things.”
Jesse commented on Caitlyn’s explanatory post, “Hahaha ILY😂❤️,” and the two seem to be getting their friendship back on track.
