Israeli hostage held in Gaza for nearly 500 days says: ‘I can breathe again’

Israel’s military campaign in Gaza has killed more than 71,660 people, according to the Hamas-run health ministry. The Health Ministry said that since the ceasefire began on October 10, 2025, at least 492 Palestinians, as well as four Israeli soldiers, have been killed.
