Pete Track emergency room shifts in real-time—but How many episodes are left? In Season 2?
The hit HBO Max series airs new episodes every Thursday and is set during a 15-hour shift at the fictional Pittsburgh Trauma Medical Center. Like season one, season two will have 15 episodes, with shifts starting at 7 a.m. and ending at 9 p.m. For medical staff.
PeteThe series, which premieres in January 2025, follows a group of employees in a fictional Pittsburgh hospital emergency room. It didn’t take long for us to fall in love with the entire cast, including Dr. Robbie (Noah Wyle), Dr. Langdon (Patrick Power), Dana (Catherine LaNasa), Dr. Mohan (Ganesh), Dr. Cassie McKay (Fiona Dourif), Dr. King (Dearden), Dr. Santos (Isa Briones), Whitaker (Jaylan Howell) and Javadi (Shabana Aziz).
The medical drama has been renewed again after returning for a second season earlier this year. Pete’s Dearden and Ganesh recently talked about different wishes They have their own roles in season three.
“Without giving too much away, hopefully Mel will develop more of a friendship in season two,” Dearden teased in February. “And then hopefully we’ll see in season three what a friendship with Mel looks like. That’s what I’ve always been about — Mel’s friends.”
Ganesh is a bit of a mystery.
“It’s up to the writers. Let’s see where they end up taking her,” she joked. “I think we left her in a really interesting place. I’m really curious to see where she ends up.”
Ganesh also praised how Pete Prioritize accuracy”, adding, “I have some medical background, and as a brown woman, I’ve read a lot of books by South Asian doctors. Over the past three to four years, I’ve read almost every medical script out there. So when I got Pete, I thought, ‘Oh, this is actually medically accurate. ‘”
She continued: “I didn’t need to shut down that part of my brain. I read it and I thought, ‘This is going to be really popular.’ Because I’d never seen or read anything that was so realistic.”
Before the actors return to work, they Have been enjoying the holidays.
“It was a very intense shoot, we were in the studio for almost eight months straight,” Dearden told us us. “So, a lot of things in my life have been neglected – a lot of things like housework and basic things. It’s like putting on work clothes and going outside most of the time. I need sunshine.”
