German court says shrunken Milka chocolate bars deceived consumers

The Bremen District Court ruled that, taken in isolation, there was nothing wrong with maintaining the same packaging, but that the deception lay in the difference between the actual content and the “visually communicated expectations” of the product that consumers had known for years.
