Fisher, 44, recreated her senior prom look with her ex-boyfriend on Instagram on Monday, April 20 Lance Bass. in the scroll, boy meets world alum shocked her 1999 Prom dress for photoshoot with Bass46. Her white dress featured a fitted top that knotted at the back with cutouts on the sides, and a long shirt with a thigh-high slit.
Just like her actual prom look, Fisher completed her look with silver heels. She also accessorized with dainty bracelets and necklaces.
To channel the glamour, Fisher sported dewy skin, rosy cheeks, pink lips and long lashes. Her blond hair was styled into a half updo, with part of her face curled.
Bass looked handsome in a black suit. The pair paired with white rose boutonnieres and boutonnieres.
Fisher leaned into Bass as he hugged her, then removed his hand from her back, recreating the “hover” photo from their actual prom.
“We re-created the 1999 prom photos, hover poses and more (yes, that’s a real dress!) and I still don’t know why we didn’t work out!!” Fisher captioned the post. (Fisher and Bass dated for a year, from 1999 to 2000. He later came out as gay in 2006.) Her celebrity friends and fans gushed about the moment in the comments section.

“I thought I was going to marry Lance,” she recalled. “I envisioned our future. I held out hope for too long that Lance and I would get back together, get married, and start a family.”
“Lance and I had a wonderful, warm, loving relationship, but a complete lack of intimacy. Intimacy in the romantic sense,” Fisher explained. “We shared all our feelings, we shared family things, we were very emotionally close, but we were not physically close.”
