A controversial new bill dubbed the “Stop Nick Shirley Act” is gaining momentum in California.
The bill, also known as AB 2624, prohibits the sharing of photos or personal data of “immigration services” providers on the internet in the state if it constitutes harassment.
“It would add immigration service providers to the state’s Safer at Home program,” Democratic Rep.
