While Kyle and Carl made amends in the episode — on the same night they fought — Kyle made it clear that he “can’t even remember the last time she stood up for me.”

Kyle also admitted that he was triggered after Ciara told him she thought he and Amanda should take some time apart over their marriage.

“I’m sorry I lost my stuff,” Kyle later told Amanda. “I was on the verge of collapse all summer.”

She argued that he would not “express” himself “except by screaming.” Kyle has denied the accusation, but the two haven’t resolved anything.

Meanwhile, their friends continue to weigh in on their marital issues, including West, who is now dating Amanda.
