Dumont said Quinn “did not accept responsibility for any debt accumulated on the house.”
“I bear this harm alone and will continue to suffer this harm without court intervention,” he added.
Dumont’s request for an emergency order was denied, and the house was back on the market on Saturday, April 18, for nearly $7.5 million.

During the divorce, Quinn moved to Texas with her son.
