BTCUS tests overhead levels before major price changes!

Welcome to my new analysis of BTCUS from a 4-hour time frame perspective. As I have already mentioned in my previous thoughts, BTCUS is testing the remaining upper layers in the structure. This has generated several bullish signals, resulting in strong excess profits for the bulls. However, the plan is to continue this dynamic until there is a significant change in price. If you follow my thoughts, you will find that BTCUS has achieved the first goal I mentioned.

When looking at my chart, we can see how BTCUS is trading within this bullish channel dynamic. In this case, BTCUS is rising support within the lower limit of the ascending channel. It has bounced within this minimum several times. It is already the source of upward continuous wedge formation. It has now bounced off the 50 EMA marked in blue. This is the origin of the upcoming upward continuation wedge formation.

With BTCUS targeting above this point, a continuation of the wedge pattern and a breakout of the pattern’s upper boundary could be confirmed. As shown on my chart, this will be the point where the upper target area is tested. This is a crucial dynamic because the target area is also a resistance area. Withdrawing troops from the area could lead to a significant shift in the situation.

In this case, it is also important to consider any significant movement of the whale or the supply of essential chemicals to the whale. If dumping increases the number of whales and dumps more and more existing volumes onto the market, this could accelerate the supply decline. A break below the lower limit of this ascending channel will face further downward pressure.
