Sports Illustrated’s model continued, “Because most research is done in extreme environments? It’s done on men. As women enter the space program, exploration and high-performance environments, the data needs to keep up. So we’re helping to build it.”
During the trip, Brooks and her sisters’ sleep, hormones, stress and recovery levels were tracked.
