Belichick, 74, wore a light blue suit with a light pink shirt and tie as he headed to Churchill Downs on Saturday, May 2. His outfit was color-coordinated with Hudson’s strapless gown. Hudson, 25, chose a gown with a blue bodice and skirt accented with pink floral appliqués.

Hudson and Belichick have been together since 2021, during which time they have raised eyebrows due to their 49-year age difference. Despite the criticism, Hudson and the former NFL coach have fiercely defended their relationship.
“I continue to focus on football and Jordan will look at some of the other opportunities that come along and be able to dig deeper into them,” Belichick said. on “The Pivot” Podcast In May 2025, it was denied that Hudson was involved in his career. “But really, what she did was help me spend time on football, which was important to me.”
Belichick further emphasized that Hudson has “nothing to do” with his coaching position. (He is currently the head coach of the University of North Carolina Tar Heels football team.)
“It would be personal opportunities, (like) speaking, appearing on this show or talking about this, or someone happens to want an autograph, that kind of thing,” he explained at the time. “She kind of (helped) organize it for me. … Jordan has her own business, and she’s very savvy with that. I’m from football, and I let her help me with my business.”

“When I wrote the book, she saw some of it from a business perspective,” Belichick added on the podcast. “It didn’t really fit into the target business narrative of the book, so it was very helpful that she not only created those pages but also brought a business perspective to some of the narratives that appear in the book.”
