Anthropic’s mock VC funding gives it a valuation of $800B+, currently

VCs like to chase the hottest startups, but startups don’t tend to sell a lot of shares. So is Anthropic, sources told Bloomberg.

VCs have been giving OpenAI’s competition seed funding that would value the company at $800 billion or more — roughly matching, or exceeding, its competition. In February, OpenAI has closed a record $110 billion investment a round that yielded $852 billion after investment.
