Cerebral Systemsa startup that CEO Andrew Feldman describes as “the fastest AI hardware for teaching and interpretation,” it was reserved to go public.
The company previously proposed a first public offering in 2024, but this was delayed due to a federal review of funding from Abu Dhabi-based G42 and was eventually withdrawn. Diseases of the brain raised a $1.1 billion Series G last year, followed by a $1 billion Series H in February at a cost of $23 billion, according to the Wall Street Journal.
In recent months, the company announced partnership with Amazon Web Services the use of Cerebras chips in the Amazon data center, and cooperation with OpenAI is said to be worth more than $10 billion.
In a recent interview with WSJ, Feldman boasted, “Obviously, (Nvidia) didn’t want to lose the fast-moving business to OpenAI, and we took them.”
Macerebras brought in revenue of $510 million in 2025, according to bookings, with a net income of $237.8 million (excluding one-time items, it was a non-GAAP loss of $75.7 million).
The company did not disclose how much it hopes to raise in the IPO. A spokesperson said the donation is planned for mid-May.
