A man who cheated on a US Supreme Court reservation has been sentenced to probation

Nicholas Moore, who he pleaded guilty violating US Supreme Court rules several times over the course of several months, was sentenced Friday to a year of probation.

Moore also hacked the network of AmeriCorps, the federal agency that oversees volunteer programs, as well as the systems of the Department of Veterans Affairs, which provides medical care and support to veterans.

The man He boasted about his actions on an Instagram account called @ihackedthegovernment, where he posted information about the hacked people. Moore used one of those deals to get a document scanner for the US Supreme Court, AmeriCorps, and the Department of Veteran Affairs.

He faced up to a year in prison and a $100,000 fine for the damage. Prosecutors later asked for a mistrial.

“I made a mistake,” Moore said at the sentencing hearing Friday. according to The Hill. “I’m very sorry, I respect the law, and I want to be a good citizen.”
