New details emerge after arrest Jenna Strubleincluding the massage she gave her children’s father, his mother and stepfather before shooting him.
The hearing originally scheduled for Monday, March 30, has been rescheduled for Tuesday, March 31. According to CBS News. Prosecutors asked that she be detained until trial. However, the judge will make the final decision at an upcoming hearing.
Prosecutors said on March 30 that Strauble provided Jacob Lambert She got a massage before killing him. She then allegedly drove to his parents’ home and killed them too.
Prosecutors with the Will County State’s Attorney’s Office said police were called to Strauble’s home after her sister called 911 and claimed he told her he shot three people.
After Strauble was taken into custody, she told authorities she asked Lambert if she wanted to hang out and go for a drive. She picked him up around 11 p.m. and they went to Plum Creek Nature Preserve, which was closed.

After she told investigators she and Lambert had poor communication, she admitted she suggested driving in order to harm him.
Strauble said she pulled over and told Lambert she was going to give him a back massage, according to prosecutors. She brought a massage gun with her because Lambert complained that his back hurt and she wasn’t doing enough for him.
After Strauble asked Lambert to tilt the back of his seat, she asked him to take off his shirt and hat and lie on his stomach. Struble then straddled him and massaged him for 20 minutes, according to prosecutors.
While Strauble was getting a massage, she obtained a Glock handgun that was stored under the passenger seat. Prosecutors said she then held the gun to the back of Lambert’s head for about eight minutes while continuing to massage him, and eventually shot Lambert in the back of the head.
Strauble said she smoked a cigarette and drove to Lambert’s parents’ house after the shooting. When she got home, she smoked another cigarette and then tried to use Lambert’s keys to get into the house.
Once was Lambert’s stepfather, Pat Fordopened the door, and Strauble immediately began shooting. Lambert’s mother, stacey fordheard her husband scream and come downstairs, Strauble eventually shot her too.
Prosecutors said Strauble did not offer a clear motive for killing Lambert or his parents when he spoke to investigators, only a general dislike of them.
