Why Trump wants to unite Americans on the economy

After a year that began with action in Venezuela and a trip to Davos, President Donald Trump is turning his attention back to the domestic economy.

On Tuesday, Trump plans to travel to Iowa to talk about affordability, followed by possible monthly speeches in more U.S. cities and states. Earlier, he said at a White House press conference that the U.S. economy was “great” but “we didn’t convey” that message.
