After detailing his sudden exit my two dadsGreen said being evicted made him worry about one particular thing at the time. “I was young and I was like, ‘Well, I’m still going to get paid for this day, right?’ That’s all I really cared about at the time,” he recalled.
When the “Pod Meets World” hosts began speculating whether the 70-year-old Jacobs was the one who signed Green’s exit agreement, Fisher, 44, offered Green some words of support. “If I could give you one gift, I just want you to know that it wasn’t you,” she told her guests, admitting that when the dismissal happened, “it felt like me.”
“I’m not saying you feel like you’re not you,” said Fisher, who plays Topanga Lawrence in “Topanga Lawrence.” boy meets worldresponded. “You’ve got to be told you did it. But I just want you to know. (Jacobs) threatened to fire me after my first day on the job, and I’m already replacing the person who was fired.”
After Fisher’s assurance, Green admitted it was “good to know now,” detailing that Jacobs was the person who approached him the day he was fired.
“It’s very specific,” Green began. “He came out and we were sitting in a restaurant, sitting at a table doing a scene, and he kept giving me these line readings that he wanted, but I couldn’t quite do that, that’s all.”
Green later joked: “This affected me for a long time. I can’t wait to tell my therapist.”
