Authorities said the investigation into Moore’s alleged conduct remains “ongoing.”

“Due to the nature of the charges, the need to maintain the integrity of the investigation, and the current status of the investigation, we are prohibited from releasing further details,” the Pittsfield Police Department said. “Additional details regarding this incident will be released as soon as possible.”
