Vimeo is facing layoffs after being acquired by Bending Spoons


Vimeo, the video hosting platform, is laying off some of its employees worldwide, according to report from Business Insider. The move comes soon purchase of the company and the Italian technology group Bending Spoons, which was bought in full last year for $1.38 billion.

Bending Spoons confirmed the layoffs at BI but did not share how many people have been laid off.
