Video verified by the BBC appears to show the moment an F-15 fighter jet fell from the sky and crashed to the ground near Kuwait City.
The video was shot on the edge of the Jahra district in the west of the city.
U.S. Central Command later said three U.S. F-15 jets crashed in an “apparent friendly fire incident.”
The statement added that all six crew members “ejected safely” and were in stable condition.
