Utah teen identified as serial killer Ted Bundy’s victim

Before his execution in Florida in 1989, Bundy admitted to killing Laura, but because he would not elaborate or provide any details about his actual involvement in Laura’s death, “the Sheriff’s Department decided to keep the case open until investigators could prove beyond a reasonable doubt” that he was Laura’s killer, the sheriff said in a statement.
