“A new decade has arrived, and with it a new humanity,” Bellisario wrote on Instagram, reflecting on her 40th birthday.
Adams then shared a black-and-white photo of Bellisario cradling his belly and looking out the window.

He added, “We have been here before, but never with you, so we really know nothing. Almost nothing. What we do know is that we have an infinite amount of love waiting for you. Love, laughter, tears, dances, lullabies and lessons. We will show you some things, but you will teach us everything else.”
While Adams admitted that he and Bellisario “didn’t know much,” he insisted that “the most important thing we want to be is your parents.”

Before welcoming her third child, Bellisario went through Unique birth experience and her second, Elliot. In June 2021, the two revealed during an appearance on Lose’s “Katie’s Crib” podcast that Adams helped deliver the baby in a hospital parking lot.
Adams stressed there was “no room for panic” as Bellisario lay prone in the car, noting the baby had been crowned. Adams retrieved the little one and noted that the ordeal “all happened in the space of about three minutes.”
“As soon as I turned her over, she started crying and screaming,” he recalled of Elliott’s arrival.
Bellisario chimed in, “I just looked over my shoulder because I was still on all fours… and I saw Patrick turning her over and she was crying, so I thought, ‘She’s alive. She’s okay. She’s breathing.'”
