The “Stop Starting Over Workout” (FREE DOWNLOAD)


One of the most common things I hear from people is this:

“I’m tired of starting over with fitness.”

They feel like they are stuck in a loop:

  1. Be motivated to make a change
  2. Go all-in with a new plan
  3. Life throws a curveball
  4. Fall off track and feel like a “failure”
  5. Eventually gather the energy to try again
