Accident Star Hunter Johnson Has been ordered by the court not to spend the night at his girlfriend’s house bella vaughnArrived home.
According to court documents obtained US WeeklyHunter’s father, Casey Johnsonfiled for full custody of his now 14-year-old son in April 2025. Kathy claims Hunter’s mother, Stacey Riddlecreating an “unstable and unhealthy environment.”
Seven months later, Casey asked the court to deny Hunter’s petition for full custody and was granted temporary joint custody of Hunter. The judge also ruled in November 2025 that Hunter would no longer be allowed to “live with” 15-year-old Bella and her family or spend the night at her home, as requested by Hunter’s father.
The temporary custody order stipulates that “neither party shall permit the minor children to spend the night at their partner’s home.” (The ex’s court battle continues.)

Hunter and Bella’s relationship was highlighted in the TLC series’ seventh season as they prepared to welcome son Wes, who was reportedly born in March 2025. In the show, the two are at odds with their respective family members over Bella’s pregnancy and Hunter’s grades in school while preparing to become parents. The two made headlines because of their young age.
During the February premiere, Hunter revealed that his father reacted strongly to the news of Bella’s pregnancy.
“He said I ruined my life,” Hunter said of Casey in a confessional. “I don’t feel like I ruined my life.”
At the same time, Bella’s parents, Chris Vaughan and Fallon Vaughnreacting to her daughter’s controversial pregnancy on social media.
“I just wanted to come in here and make a quick video,” Chris shared in a TikTok video in January. “With all the trolls and women who are quickly becoming known as what I call unscrewable on television, they are going to make season seven a hit. It’s going to be a hit season. What they’re doing is making us the stars of the show, and I gotta tell you, my royalty check is going to be huge.”

Before giving birth, Bella revealed in a TikTok video in January that her boyfriend 12 years old when they were pregnant with their son. Bella claims Hunter turned 13 just days after conception.
“I know it doesn’t make it any better. I know he gets ready for sex quicker than I do, and that’s okay, but I’m ready when we have sex,” she said in the video. “You can all stop saying it was illegal and saying I raped him because I didn’t do it. It was all intentional. Both parties have said that. We’ve spoken to the police about it. It was consensual.”
Bella continued, “I didn’t ruin Hunter’s life. When I found out I was pregnant, I gave him a choice. I said, ‘If you can’t do it, or you don’t want to stay here, that’s okay. I know we’re both young, but I can do it on my own or I can do it with you. It’s your decision. Whatever you choose, I’m okay with it.’ He chose to stay with me. He chose to take care of our baby.”
