Massachusetts police have arrested a 23-year-old man after rescuing a kidnapped teenager from his car during a “routine traffic stop.”
Police said they rescued the 13-year-old victim from an alleged kidnapping in Northborough on Wednesday, February 25, according to a news release from the Northborough Police Department on Thursday, February 16.

The underlying motive for the alleged kidnapping is unclear.
