“The last time I officially updated it was in 2021, so I needed to review it[recently],” Lowry, 33, said of her living will on the Tuesday, February 3, episode of Karma & Chaos podcast. “I was looking at it and there was a section that listed items you wanted to give to certain people, and then there was a section that was your wishes.”
According to Lowry, her “wishes” section will now include an “actual list of people who are not welcome at her funeral.”
“I used to joke about it, but now it’s real,” she said. “If you pick the right people to execute it, it should hold up.”

Lowry later revealed who won’t be allowed to attend her funeral, including exes Joe Rivera, Javi Marroquin and chris lopezexcept Jo’s ex-girlfriend Vi RiveraJoe’s mother, Janet Rivera, Marroquin’s wife, Lauren Comeaulowry’s former nanny Natalie and her “eldest son.” Lowry, meanwhile, acknowledged that Lopez, 31, and Cuomo, 34, probably “won’t go” to the memorial at first.
“They are not welcome in any capacity,” she said. “Those people are not allowed. Don’t even try to step into my funeral. This is my list, don’t fucking show up.”
Lowry has son Elliot, 16, with Joe, 33, son Lincoln, 12, with ex-husband Marroquin, 33, and sons Lux, 8, and Creed, 5, with Lopez. MTV Alumni later became popular Son Rio will be born in 2022, twins Verse and Valley in 2024 Elijah Scott.
Lori’s podcast co-host, Becky Hightsubsequently questioning the validity of her friend’s decision if her death had occurred relatively quickly and the children needed support from their respective fathers.
“I don’t care,” Lowry quipped. “No, no, no, no. I have a lot of people in my life who could coordinate for my children to be where they need to be, and there’s absolutely no reason their father needs to be there. Elijah can come. There’s no reason for them to be there, (and) those are not the people I want to support my children after I die.”
Kailyn Lowry is a proud mom who loves showing off her life with her kids on social media. The MTV personality became a mother in 2010, when she and then-boyfriend Jo Rivera welcomed son Isaac. She continued, “Yes, that’s their other parent, and I understand that, but how much animosity is there between all of us? They have to hear and support our kids in some capacity, but they’re not going to be their primary source of support at that time.”
Lowry has previously opened up about her struggles with co-parenting.

“(I’ve learned) to stay off the internet for the most part,” she said. “It’s only been about two years since I really, really honed in on this and stuck with it. It was probably the best thing I could do for my kids and co-parenting. For a while, it was a little weird because the older the kids got, the dynamics of co-parenting changed, so we didn’t need to communicate every day.”
