SpaceX is seeking government approval to build more than 1 million satellite data centers

SpaceX has he submitted a request and the Federal Communications Commission to establish a constellation of 1 million solar-powered satellites that it says will serve as a hub for artificial intelligence.

The company’s writing presents a big vision, not only describing the satellites planned as “the best way to meet the power demand of AI computers” but also making them as “the first step in the development of Kardashev II – which can use all the energy of the Sun” and “ensure that more stars are moving.”
