Southern Hotel Industry Star grace lily on Tuesday, March 10, on a drug possession charge.
Online court records viewer US Weekly Lilly, 27, was shown being booked in Charleston County, South Carolina, and charged with possession of a controlled substance. The charge is a misdemeanor in the state, according to the South Carolina Judicial Department.
Eli Lilly was granted a $10,575 personal recognizance bond.
The reality TV star will make his first court appearance in connection with his arrest on May 1. A second appearance is scheduled for August 21.

Lily’s most recent brush with the law came when she was Arrested for Harassment December 2025.
us It was confirmed that Lilly was arrested on Dec. 29 in Charleston on a charge of second-degree harassment. The day before, she had been pulled over at a gas station on suspicion of illegally changing lanes.
Police said Lily was in possession of “happy pills” when she was arrested.
“A small container with ‘Happy Pills’ stamped on the top was found inside the purse and contained 12 round white pills with a ‘P’ imprint on one side and half an oval blue pill with no identifiable imprint,” the police report said. “When asked about the pills found in the purse, the offender stated that the blue pills were Xanax and the white pills were birth control pills. The offender stated that she had a prescription for Xanax, but there was no evidence of that information at the time.”
Lily reportedly said she didn’t know the brand of birth control pills. The pills were confiscated and sent for testing, and the police report labeled the incident a “drug/narcotics violation.”
