Lake underwent surgery in July 2025 and “never looked back.” She even praised the work as “the best plastic surgery she’s ever seen.”

“I love that I can talk about it. I’m completely transparent, always have been,” she said. “I don’t want there to be any shame. That’s something that bothers me.”

Ultimately, Lake thought plastic surgery would make her more confident. She concluded: “I lost a lot of weight, I hung this thing on and then fixed it.”
