In her Instagram caption, Lake called the diamond “one of the most poetic and sentimental gifts” she has ever received.
“The origin of the ashes, the science behind them, and the finishing touches were all symbolic to my experience,” she wrote. “(It) proves that beauty can come from tragedy and sadness. Home is truly where the heart is.”
