Rescuers find survivors in wreckage of Mexican Navy medical flight

Local yacht captain Sky Decker said he led two police officers to the scene of the nearly submerged plane before jumping into the water and finding an injured woman trapped.

The accident occurred near Galveston, Texas. The aircraft was performing a medical transport mission for the Michou y Mau Foundation, which provides care for severely burned children in Mexico. The cause of the crash has not yet been determined.
