On Friday, January 30, the Justice Department released more evidence from Epstein’s estate, including 100 new photos. Mountbatten-Windsor appears to appear in three new photos alongside a fully clothed woman whose face has been edited.
In two photos taken from different angles, the former prince touches the woman’s stomach and waist, while a third photo appears to show him kneeling on top of the foursome while looking directly into the camera.
The Justice Department did not provide additional background information on the latest evidence and was unable to confirm when or where the photos were taken.
US Weekly Buckingham Palace has been contacted for comment. Mountbatten-Windsor has always denied any wrongdoing with Epstein. (Epstein died of suspected suicide in August 2019 at the age of 66 after being arrested on federal sex trafficking charges.)

The messages were reportedly exchanged in August 2010, two years after Epstein pleaded guilty in 2008 to pimping children for prostitution and soliciting prostitution.
At the time, Epstein had just completed house arrest after being sentenced to 18 months in a minimum-security prison. The newly released emails were sent between August 11 and 12, 2010, and include Epstein offering to introduce “A” to a 26-year-old Russian woman who “might like to have dinner with him.” The “Duke” responded that he was “in Geneva until the morning of the 22nd, but would be delighted to see her”.
