Police say baby was shot dead in stroller ‘in broad daylight’

New York City Police Commissioner Jessica Tish said at a press conference that video from the scene showed two men driving against the flow of traffic through the Williamsburg neighborhood. A man on the back of a motorcycle pulled out a gun and fired “at least two shots.”
