pawn star character Rick Harrison Don’t understand why his son Corey Harrison A GoFundMe campaign has been launched to cover his medical bills stemming from a recent motorcycle accident.
“To my knowledge, I paid for all of Corey’s medical bills long before he launched his GoFundMe,” a spokesperson for Rick, 60, claimed Page six Friday, March 6th. “He is a grown man in his 40s who takes responsibility for how he handles his finances.”
US Weekly Corey, 42, was contacted for comment.
Corey seriously injuredA motorcycle accident in Mexico earlier this year included multiple broken bones.
“It was chaotic but I’m fine, the crash bars are great, 3 nights in the hospital and I broke my ribs 11 times,” Corey wrote on social media Instagram January. “Gonna be doing an episode on @theCoreyHarrisonshow. Sorry dad, looks like I missed your wedding.”
Rick is married Angie Polushkin In January, a rep for the reality star later revealed entertainment weekly Corey will make a “full recovery” after spending “six weeks on bed rest during recovery.” The spokesperson also noted that Rick visited his son in the hospital before the wedding. After Corey recovered, one of his friends launched an online fundraising campaign on his behalf to help pay for his medical expenses.

According to Chambers, he had Corey’s “full knowledge and support” in creating the fundraising page.
“We are raising emergency funds to cover more than $100,000 in medical bills and related expenses following a serious motorcycle accident in Tulum, Mexico, Let him fight for his life“, Chambers wrote. “Just days before Corey’s father, Rick Harrison’s wedding in Cancun in February 2026, Corey was involved in a major motorcycle accident in Tulum. He suffered devastating injuries: 11 broken ribs, a punctured lung, a concussion and internal bleeding. “
He continued, “After 14 grueling days in the hospital, the financial pressure became too great and Corey had no choice but to get himself checked out against medical advice. We took him home to Tulum, hoping that some rest would turn things around. But it didn’t. Within hours, Corey was in excruciating pain. A resident doctor came in and gave him intravenous fluids and morphine.”
Corey eventually returned to a local hospital and underwent three “life-saving surgeries.”
“When he was finally stabilized and discharged, the total cost — from the initial stay in Playa del Carmen, emergency visits, urgent care visits, the drive to Merida, and surgery — had ballooned to more than $100,000,” the website description states. “Cory emptied his entire bank account to cover what he could. Friends, including myself, maxed out their credit cards just to keep his treatment going.”
As of the time of this article’s publication, Chambers’ GoFundMe has raised more than $8,000.
