Jesse Nattikoala gets emotional when discussing her plastic surgery results.
Ngatikaura, 33, Tik Tok on Thursday, March 5, opened up about what she looks like after undergoing upper and lower blepharoplasty, as well as fat injections into her face. While doing press for Season 4 The Secret Lives of Mormon WivesNgatikaura says she ‘deserves’ the hateful comments she’s received about her appearance.
“I want to share that I was very unhappy with my results and I didn’t quite understand what I was getting myself into,” she shared. “I chose the lower lid, and then I asked about the upper lid and ended up getting this. To be honest, I didn’t want to do (fat) grafting. I just took a suggestion (without) really understanding what it was, what it would do, what the results would be, what the recovery would be.”
Ngatikaura, who previously revealed that she recently spent $25,000 on surgery, went on to say that she wishes she had not had a transplant on her face because she was told it would be a replacement for facial fillers and help “create collagen” in the areas of her face where she lost weight.
“At the end of the day, I wish there was more information,” she added. Ngatikaura noted that the graft was also “put into (her) lip” and that she did not “ask for it (nor) want it”.

“It made my lips very swollen,” she explained. “I had a dip. I got a lot of comments about my lip fillers and I agree, it looks terrible. My face looks terrible.”
Ngatikaura noted that she looked “more bloated” when filming the video because she had Kybella try to remove “some fat,” but explained that “face transplants are very difficult to remove.”

“I was really insecure,” she added through tears. “I know I look really different and I hate it. I look back at how I looked before (and) Watched Season 4 I was like, ‘Damn. I look really good. I wish I could see this. I cry when I talk about it. “
Ngatikaura said she went “too far” in trying to eliminate her “insecurities” and learned to “not touch” her face “outside of Botox”.
“I want to be able to see my inner beauty,” Ngatikaura said. She also encouraged fans to do more research before completing the work. ‘The last surgery ruined my life. I looked horrible in season 5. It ruined my career. “
“Not sure what happened to my nose with this (beauty) filter…but please be kind 🫶🏼,” Ngatikaura wrote in the post. Fans left her messages in the comment section expressing their love.
“Jesse please stop being mean to yourself, you look great 🙁 I’m sorry other people make you feel that way,” one wrote.
