Nawat Itaragrisil insults Miss Mexico Fatima Boss
Miss Mexico Fátima Bosch and Nawat Itsaragrisil, a Thai businessman who serves as an executive in the Miss Universe Organization and Miss Universe Thailand, made headlines in early November 2025 after Nawat publicly insulted Bosch, calling her a “fool,” which means “fool” or “short.”

“I showed up to the emergency room with her family and spoke directly with them. I recommended a series of precautions, some beyond standard protocols, to ensure the most accurate assessment, monitoring and medical oversight,” Rocha continued. “Additional medical experts have also been engaged to provide multiple professional assessments and ensure a full understanding of her condition.”
The Miss Universe Organization later said in a press release in December 2025 that Henry suffered “intracranial bleeding, loss of consciousness, broken bones, facial lacerations and other serious injuries” as a result of the fall.
“(Henry) was immediately transported to the intensive care unit in Bangkok where her condition remains critical with ongoing neurological monitoring and continues to require 24-hour specialist supervision,” the statement continued. “She will return to Jamaica in the coming days with a full medical team and will be transferred directly to hospital to continue treatment and recovery.”

Miss Universe owner Raul Rocha indicted on drug, weapons and fuel trafficking charges
