Foley is a retired professional wrestler, comedian and author. From 1991 to 1996, Foley worked under the alias Cactus Jack while in the arena. He was known for wearing cowboy books and using items such as barbed wire during games.
He made his WWE debut as Mankind in 1996 and took on the in-ring role of Dude Love the following year. Cactus Jack also returned in 1997, and Foley competed in a three-man tag at the 1998 Royal Rumble.
