Lebanon says ceasefire must be achieved before Israeli talks

Before the recent conflict, WFP was supporting thousands of families and now hopes to increase this support. But it said delivering supplies, particularly to southern Lebanon, was becoming increasingly complex, with convoys taking 15 hours to complete even short distances.
