Shortly after the news broke, Jenner took to social media to pay tribute to her stylist and late friend, calling him “a light in my life.”
“Jesus is more than just a friend, He is a light in my life and a source of laughter, comfort, love, and unwavering support. I don’t know how I would have made it through the past nearly ten years without Him by my side,” Jenner wrote on Instagram at the time. “He had a way of making the heaviest of days seem lighter. Thank you Jesus for always being there for me, inspiring me, and being my friend. The pain of losing you is too much to bear and I don’t know how to move forward without you, but I know that great sadness can only come from great love. I love you so much. You were the best person with unparalleled gifts. A true artist. You inspired so many and you always will.”
She continued, “Your words, your laughter, your kindness, your beautiful spirit will always live in my heart. I will cherish all the moments we had together. Every laugh and hug. I wish I could hold you again. I lay in your bed the way you used to lie in mine and talked for hours. I would give anything to have a deeper conversation. I will miss you so much that no words can express it. 222 My Angel.”

Anything we needed, any questions we had, she was there for us. She wanted his memory to be honored and wanted to do whatever she could to give him the farewell he deserved.”
