Kim Zolciak Clarifies the role counseling sessions played in her custody battle with her ex Kroy Biermann.
Make a long statement via her Instagram Story On Friday, April 3, Zolciak insisted that she “has not lost custody of my children and there have been no modifications to the custody arrangements.”
“I signed a temporary custody order at the end of January. The order specified that mother and father were required to attend counseling sessions twice a month for two months and once a month thereafter. Due to contractual obligations for the filming of two separate productions, I left the country from February 26 to March 28,” she wrote.
She added, “I didn’t have a day off during that time to attend the required coaching sessions. Starting today (KJ and Kash and I stayed until 5 p.m.), Kroy is currently on spring break with the kids, which is his designated parenting time under the existing agreement. I plan to resume my parenting time on Friday when the kids get back. My coaching sessions are scheduled for next week.”
“For the avoidance of any doubt, I have not lost custody of the children, nor have I made any changes to the custody arrangements beyond the agreed-upon interim order,” Zolciak concluded.
